within 10 days from the date you receive your order.
We do not offer refunds. Items must be unworn, unwashed and all original tags must be attached.
IF you receive a damaged item:
You will need to email us within three days from the date you receive your item(s). Please send an email and picture of damage to email@example.com. We will not accept any damaged claims after 3 days from the date you received it. Damaged items will need to be returned within the 10 day period or they will be rejected once they are received. All returns are at buyer’s expense. The merchandise MUST be returned within the 10 day policy. We will not issue an online store credit after the specified time. Do not attempt to return the items after the specified time or you will be responsible for the cost to ship it back to you. We highly recommend you use delivery confirmation when sending back your order.
NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ON “SALE” ITEMS. ALL “SALE” ITEMS ARE FINAL.

We strive to offer quick shipping! Most orders are processed and shipped out in 1 to 2 business days. We only ship priority mail through the United States Post Office. If you need expedited shipping, there is an additional charge. Please contact us to arrange. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information and should arrive within 3-7 business days. Occasionally with large orders, shipping may be slightly delayed. Please feel free to contact us with any further shipping questions. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.
Note that Basic International Shipping does NOT include tracking for your order. IF you choose to ship your International order with this method, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. All customs fees, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
